I have decided to follow my wife and retire April 2010. This news will no doubt bring joy to subrogation managers and examiners across America as I have been a thorn in their sides for many years. Not to worry, I have trained my cow-orkers (thanks, Dilbert) in my methods, so the fun will continue over different signatures. I quit hearing Arb cases last year after tiring of the frustrations of dealing with the apparatchiks in their Panelist system. I still have to battle the bureaucracy as a Respondent, so I still have some fun.
